Real Estate Sales Representative

We are looking for a qualified real estate person who will be responsible for selling properties for our real estate organization in Costa del Sol.
Previous sales experience in Real Estate is required to be considered for this position.
Create sales report for investors.
Show units at the development to potential buyers and agents
Present purchase offers to the developer.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
Promote the properties with ads, listings and open houses.
Prepare agency collaboration contracts, purchase contracts and each real estate transaction.

Real estate agent responsibilities
Facilitate buyer broker leads
Counsel clients on the value of the development
Be able to justify our competitive market price by comparing properties in the area and have a good knowledge of the market condition
